She raised her hands in protest. “I swear, Dad, I didn’t spend anything! I didn’t touch the money. I don’t even know how this happened, but it wasn’t me!”

Derek, seizing the opportunity, stepped closer. “If she’s still denying it, Dad, why don’t you read the transaction history for everyone to hear? Let’s see what this ‘innocent’ sister of ours was doing with all that cash.”
