Upon entering the boutique, the shop attendants were extremely shocked upon the horrid sight

Before opening the shop there, Givon heard that there were protection racketeers lurking in the neighborhood. Due to its gentrified state, this part of the the city was abandoned by the police forces and deemed a dead town. The previous owner of this boutique was said to have been harassed by these youngsters that he went bankrupt and had to close the shop

As such, Elms Street soon became an abandoned neighbourhood filled with thugs, mob Lords and a high crime rate.
