Chapter 58

The victims were taken to the hospital and given specialized treatment. Pavel and Parsha were in the general ward and were separated by a white curtain. Almost all of those from the same division as them were not seriously physically injured, but most - both from the finance division and others - suffered panic attacks and deep trauma, especially those who found their colleagues dead in front of their eyes.

Although Parsha seemed calm at this point, Pavel still saw her several times in the ambulance trembling and her gaze unfocused. Nevertheless, Parsha was still willing to tell stories, engage Pavel in conversation and smile, but it was clear that the smile was not the same as before. Pavel did not expect that the incident would bring deep wounds to Parsha's heart, and likely to the hearts of he's friends as well.
