Every single one of these interns was from a rich background, and they had varying levels of influence. Unfortunately for them, Drake’s influence in the McArthur headquarters was, for unknown reasons to most employees far greater than theirs. There had been about eight other interns who started with Drake, Ian, and Laura. Then Drake began to make a move on all of them. For every single intern who tried to resist, they were pressured further by Drake, using the mysterious influence he had in this company. Later, all the other eight interns couldn’t take it anymore. Some of them actually lost their lives to Drake’s scheming. As for the rest, they either ended up quitting or they had their internship contracts terminated due to being framed for something that they didn’t do.

This was basically it. Drake is a nasty predator, and the McArthur headquarters’ internship department is his hunting ground. For those who struggle against this predator, they are forced into horrible situations.
