82. A Proper Visit

Damian let out a long sigh, staring at the dismissal letter given to him by HRD some time ago. There was no problem with his performance. The company was concerned about the number of people trying to attack him over the past two weeks.

Those people would come to the restaurant every three days to harm Damian. Initially, his boss tolerated it because he claimed he was being harassed for no apparent reason.

But the customer's comfort comes first. The assaults would continue to happen if Damian was employed, so he had to be fired.

"You got a bad expression on your face."

Damian woke up from his reverie and found Warrick looking at him curiously. Having met in private to train in martial arts, this was their first public encounter.

They usually relied on the phone to communicate. Warrick had sent several people from the SDA to protect Damian, so the attackers never hurt anyone.

"I'm a little upset about my job termination," Damian handed over his dismissal letter.
