Inside the Ancestral building of the Wu Clan, there was a red giant magic circle that spread to cover the entire room. It glowed a bright red light as multiple complicated runic symbols dance within it.
Standing just outside of the massive red magic circle was the Grand Elder of the Wu Clan. Seeing the magic circle getting ready to activate, a serious look covered his face.
Suddenly, a bright flash came from the magic circle before strong spatial fluctuations emanated from it. This went on for a couple of breaths worth of time before the bright light faded away along with the spatial fluctuations.
The Grand Elder then looked inside the magic circle, and his expression couldn’t help but turn sad. Meanwhile, he seemed to have aged a few more years as he let out a sigh.
