Andrew swallowed the saliva in his mouth. “I know what it meant,” he said to him.

“Okay. I can't tell you that you will get the deal. I just want you to know that I am not the person making the exact decision,” he said to him.

Andrew was getting his point. “So, are you saying there is another person?” He asked him.

He nodded his head. “That is what I told him earlier. Although he was contemplating between you and him,” he explained to Andrew.

Andrew got the whole point, but he was hell bent on speaking with him. “I understand you, but I want you to help me get oil,” he said to him

He sighed and looked at his face, “but how?” He asked him.

Andrew sighed. “Call me your account number, sir! I would love to give you a token,” he said to him.

“A token! No, that's bribery, I am not interested,” he said to him.
