Reyansh’s Perspective:
She continued, "These mafia groups are- the Sniper Mafia, the Dagger Syndicate, and the Cobra Cartel. And you are the leader of the Sniper Mafia, Mr. Rout," she said, looking straight into my eyes, her confidence unwavering.
My heart raced as I absorbed her words.
"So, for my first favor, I want you to find out about every member and every piece of information available about the Dagger Syndicate. And try to find out more about Don Gomez, his right-hand man, along with his involvement in framing the daughter of Don, Analisa Gomez, for a crime she didn't commit. I want you to gather as much evidence as possible to find the truth and help me clear her name." she said, her voice firm and determined to seek justice to clear the name of Analisa Gomez.
I nodded, trying to wrap my head around the magnitude of the task she entrusted to me.
I stood up and moved towards the glass mirror and overlooked the city skyline below.
The city beneath me buzzed with activity, oblivious to the dark criminal world that lurked within its shadows.
As the leader of the Sniper Mafia, I knew that tackling the Dagger Syndicate would be no easy feat.
"You may be well aware that it is not an easy task to find out about every member and every piece of information about a secretive and powerful criminal organization like the Dagger Syndicate," I said, turning back to face her. "It will require extensive resources, careful planning, and strategic maneuvering to infiltrate their ranks and uncover the truth," I continued, my tone serious.
"I am well aware of the task and the significant challenges that lie ahead. But I am also very well aware of the person from whom I am seeking this favor and the abilities that you possess, Mr. Rout," she replied with confidence dripping from her words, but here is the thing- she is not confident about me, but she is confident about her own decision to enlist my help.
"I am amused by your confidence that I will do as you ask if you are forgetting that you are standing in front of the leader of the most powerful mafia gang in the criminal world. I can accept your proposal and then proceed to double-cross you. I can kill you with the snap of my finger just like you killed my sister and none would get a whiff of it. I am not to be taken lightly even when you have the upper hand," I moved dangerously close to her and said in my most dangerous voice that makes even the toughest criminals tremble with fear.
At the mention of my sister, something passed over her face- a flicker of remorse or sadness perhaps, but it was momentary and quickly replaced with a resolute expression. She squared her shoulders and met my intense gaze directly.
With a calm demeanor, she again turned towards the glass wall and looked straight. She replied in an unwavering voice, "Do you know I have heard the stories about your ruthless nature and the power that you hold, Mr. Rout? I know that in this dark world we both inhabit, trust is a rare and precious commodity. But you must have underestimated me if you believed that I would come to a lion's den without prior knowledge of the risks and consequences. You may be a mafia leader, but there are many things I have up my sleeves that you may not be aware of. And that is going to be my secret weapon in this deadly game we are about to play."
With her words, I realized that this woman possessed a cunning intelligence that matched, if not surpassed, my own. Her ability to maintain composure and hold her ground in the face of my threats demonstrated shrewdness and strategic thinking that I had not anticipated.
"You know I am way deep into this game, that I was well aware from the time I stepped onto this battlefield that there is no turning back. My life was destroyed..." she trailed off, a hint of vulnerability in her tone as I watched her closely, "and now I will destroy their life to the extent that they will beg for my mercy," she continued, looking straight into my eyes with a promise to unleash her full vengeance.
With a sly smile she continued, "And about your threat to double-cross me and kill me with the snap of your fingers, I must say, Mr. Rout, that you underestimate me greatly. By the end of the meeting, you will be the one who will protect and defend me from any potential harm that may come my way".
She again looked straight at the glass wall, her reflection mirroring a steely determination. I followed her line of sight and was surprised when I saw the building of Miller's Group towering in the distance. It became clear to me that she had a plan, and it involved taking down one of the most powerful corporations in the city.
"Oh. You are overconfident about that. Still, I will think about your proposal, but I am not going to grant either of your wishes. The first promise you asked for is way riskier and requires more strategic planning and plans than you may realize. That is the only favor I'll be granting you while you are expected to fulfill the deal we agreed upon," I responded, acknowledging her astuteness and the gravity of her words.
After registering my words, she gave me a smirk, "Very well, Mr. Rout. My first request is indeed a risky one, but the rewards will be worth it. As for the second favor I mentioned, you will be the only one who will help me with fulfilling it."
She moved back to her seat, crossing her legs and leaning back with an air of confidence and authority.
"Don't you want to know where the twin sister of your mother is that you've been searching for all these years? Do you know that the family you wiped off the face of the earth who murdered your parents were only the pawns in a much larger game of power and deception? They were the pawn of a game set by a figure who is behind all the chaos and destruction upheld in your life. To some extent, that person is also involved in the murder of your sister," she paused, waiting for my reaction.
"I am not the murderer of your sister, Mr. Rout, I am the victim who was framed for the murder of your sister," she explained calmly, her voice tinged with a mix of sadness and determination.
Reyansh's POV"I am not the murderer of your sister, Mr. Rout, I was the victim who was framed for the murder of your sister," Aanya explained calmly, her voice carrying a mix of sadness and determination. With an air of composure, she reached for her handbag and deftly extracted a document from it."These are the property papers of the orphanage land. You can review them, and if they meet your requirements, I will obtain the owner's signature by the end of the week to transfer the land under your name," she said, her unwavering gaze fixed upon me. The emotions I had earlier glimpsed had now given way to a poised and professional demeanor. She slid the document across the table with an air of confidence, every movement deliberate. My eyes scanned the papers meticulously, searching for any discrepancies or loopholes that might hint at foul play. The authenticity of the transfer was of the utmost importance, and I was determined to leave no stone unturned. As I glanced up from the docum
Reyansh’s Perspective:"Sorry... I didn't mean to come off so strong," he sighed, his anger visibly deflating, "It's just that it reminded me of her. She was so passionate and loved the animals so much," a smile appeared on his face, tinged with sadness, "She always advocated for their rights and believed that they shouldn't be treated as property. I couldn't control my emotions as it reminded me of her and her love and compassion for them."Reyansh's words resonated with me, and I couldn't help but feel a surge of empathy for him. I knew how deeply he cared for her and her dedication to animal welfare. Her absence had left a void that was difficult to fill.I recalled how she used to spend hours volunteering at animal shelters, tending to injured and abandoned animals with the utmost care. She would often remark that treating an animal as just another object or resource went against the very essence of its existence. With a gentle touch, I put my hand on Reyansh's shoulder, offering
Reyansh’s Perspective:I looked towards him and replied, "I met Aanya today. She was there to propose a business deal to me."Hridhan's expression changed once he registered the words I spoke. He nodded slowly and went back to complete his task at hand. After completely washing the dishes, I dried my hands and exited the kitchen, making my way to my office in the mansion. As I entered my office, I was immediately greeted by the familiar scent of leather and mahogany. The room was meticulously organized and exuded an air of professionalism. The modern furniture and state-of-the-art equipment were carefully chosen to reflect a professional atmosphere conducive to productivity. The large desk at the center of the room was immaculately polished and adorned with a few tastefully arranged personal items that provided a touch of warmth amidst the otherwise sleek and minimalist design. In the corner of the room, a floor-to-ceiling bookshelf displayed an impressive collection of books on vario
Aanya Perspective:The city streets were alive with activity, people hurrying to their destinations, their minds preoccupied with the bustle of daily life. But for me, the cacophony of the outside world was drowned out by the tumult of my thoughts. My heart felt heavy, burdened by the weight of false accusations that had turned my life upside down. I walked down the familiar path, consumed by my proposal to Mr. Rout—a proposal to take revenge on those who had wronged me, those who had accused me of the unthinkable.Revenge was not in my nature, but desperation had driven me to consider drastic measures.I was walking through the silent morning streets. As I wrestled with my emotions, my attention was diverted by a disturbed voice echoing in the air. A group of girls had gathered, their cruel laughter echoing through the air. My heart sank as I recognized the all-too-familiar signs of girl bullies. Memories of my own past experiences with bullies flooded back, intertwining with the pre
Hridhan's Perspective:The night had been restless for me after my conversation with Reyansh. Thoughts swirled in my mind, and I found myself unable to shake off the weight of the upcoming meeting with the enigmatic person whose identity had been shrouded in mystery. As the morning sun timidly painted the sky in soft hues, I eagerly awaited the call from my investigator, Rishi, hoping he would bring me some clarity about the woman we were about to meet. Finally, with the world starting to stir awake, my phone rang, breaking the silence of the early morning. It was Rishi, and I held my breath, waiting for the news he had to share. He informed me that he had done his best, but the time was short, and his findings were limited. Nevertheless, I urged him to share whatever details he had managed to uncover about the daughter of the Mafia Leader."I sent you the information I managed to gather about the daughter of the Mafia Leader to your email," Rishi informed me. I sat up straight, my he
Anisha's Perspective:The forest enveloped us in its verdant embrace as Aanya and I followed a hidden trail, leading to the secret base camp of the gang- the Sniper Mafia. Aanya told me she planned that we would be getting help from another group. I know about Sniper Mafia. When I was trained, I was informed that three mafia groups hold the most power in the criminal world, and one of them is the Sniper Mafia. Except for this information, I didn't know anything about this organization.I know Aanya was doing her research and gathering information from various sources that could help her in achieving her objective. I know she was being meticulous in her preparation and being thorough. And she should be because her fight is not with just anyone. Our first encounter was in prison, when I passed through her cell and saw the most broken soul lying on the floor. She was trembling, covered with signs of violence and fear. She looked like a wounded animal that had been countered, desperate, a
Anisha’s Perspective:Night of the Incident:The moon hung low in the inky sky, casting a silvery glow over the sprawling mansion that concealed secrets darker than the shadows it held. Inside, the air was electric with anticipation, every heartbeat echoing the weight of a destiny waiting to unfurl. I, the daughter of a formidable gang leader, stood at the cusp of a life-altering juncture, my heart entwined with trepidation and excitement. As I peered out from behind the heavy velvet curtains, my gaze wandered over the opulent ballroom below. Flickering candles and chandeliers illuminated the opulent ballroom. Tonight marked my eighteenth birthday, a celebration that heralded my ascension to the helm of our criminal empire. The room buzzed with an eclectic mix of my father’s associates and loyal gang members, each face etched with admiration and anticipation. The cacophony of laughter and chatter floated through the air, a stark contrast to the thoughts churning within my mind. Anisha’s Perspective:“How can you kill him just to save this non-existent traitor? We know you don’t get along with him, but this is going too far!” The voices grew louder, and the room filled with tension and anger. After a moment, I came to realize that my father’s right-hand man, Mr. Anderson, was accusing me of the heinous act of killing someone to protect a supposed traitor. My heart raced, each thump echoing the chaos that had consumed the opulent ballroom. Mr. Anderson’s accusations pierced the air, his voice a tempest of rage as he pointed an accusing finger at me. The weight of his words settled upon me like an iron shroud, suffocating me in a storm of disbelief.Elijah’s lifeless form was lying beside me, a chilling reminder of the events that had transpired. My fingers trembled around the hilt of the knife, the cold metal sending shivers through me as I clutched it. My mind raced, trying to make sense of the situation that had spiraled beyond my control. In our world, kill
