104: Provoke Richard

"I didn't get orders from anyone to follow you." In the midst of his anxiety because he was caught following Richard, Aarav still tried to answer. Her voice and gaze were very calm, a complete contrast to the way Richard was looking at her at that moment.

Aarav steps slowly closer to Richard raising his hands low. A penknife had been tucked into his coat pocket, deliberately so as not to create a tense situation. Aarav only stopped when he and Richard were three steps apart.

"Put down the weapons of your bodyguards" Aarav ordered firmly but still quietly "I have no intention of attacking you."

Richard looked at Aarav with a disdainful smile. As if not believing what Aarav just said.

"Not going to attack me?" Richard asked, unwilling to believe it. "What a lie. Wouldn't someone be willing to follow such a lonely path if it wasn't for a specific purpose?"
