The two of them were still in the room, now filled with a tense atmosphere. Loris, standing next to the drawer full of heirlooms, was silent, calmly waiting for the professor's reaction.

Even so, Loris hoped that his request would be granted. He looked back at an old dagger that looked dull and full of rust.

"Despite looking old, he has a decent amount of mana left," the eye explained.

But the professor was unexpected, and after saying that, he fell silent while leaning his body on his desk.

Professor put one hand on his chin, "hmm? How so?" he muttered. he then looked at Loris. "But why would a student have such an unusual heirloom?" the professor asked in surprise. "She's useless and just a display piece for collectors." He added.

The professor, leaning back, now sat back in his chair.

He then looked at Loris and motioned for her to sit on the guest chair. Professor smiled kindly until his eyes narrowed. He sat with his legs folded gracefully, facing Loris.
