Chapter 11

After seeing off the old Taoist, Ansley went for a morning run.

When she returned, Ansley remained silent when she saw the dirt and disorder all over the yard.

The yard was so big that Davin couldn't stand being alone, so he glanced at his watch and simply called the cleaning lady.

After taking a shower, I came out of the room and seemed to hear a bird's song in my ear.
