Chapter 102:A Lot To Do

(The Next Day)

"Brother, be sure to let me know where you're going next time, otherwise, I'll report you to Mother." Emily threatened.

"Yes." Eric nodded in agreement, swallowing a lump stuck in his throat.

Yesterday when he got to Chloe's house, he wished he had never gone there. If not for Aunt Mary saving him from the clutches of the two women, who knew where he would be?

Emily was already in tears thinking that he was dead. Chloe was no better. Though she wasn't crying like Emily was, her eyes were red and it was as though she had lost something.

At first, he had tried to convince them that the news had exaggerated everything, but they refused to listen to him and went all out.

Explanations were quite useless and there was nothing he could do about that. All he could do was just try to pacify them.

But nothing worked and in the end, it was Aunt Mary who had to intervene, but that was after he had suffered a lot at the hands of the two furious young women.

Also, Emily seemed to hav
