CAPTURED
Maggi looked up at Byron as it seemed his eyes were fixed on her chest.

She thought Byron could resist her and not want this. She was having mixed feelings at this point.

Byron's hand was already there but then, he removed his hand and said. “A thread from your cloth, better not let it fall into the soup.”

Maggi sighed. She couldn't say she was expecting him not to resist but she on the other hand didn't think she could want it as well.

“I'd be careful next time.” She placed the spoon on the plate and served him.

He dropped his cigarette on the table and started eating then Maggi gently walked out, leaving him to eat.

Each time she looks at him, the scene from how he told Derek to stab his father kept replaying in her head.

She can't just stop herself. The Byron before her, looks totally different from the husband who was obsessively in love with her years ago.
