“Yes sir, we are now the majority shareholder of the Armstrong Group. The documents are on your desk.”

Byron's lips curled into a sweet smile. This was just the beginning for him.

Suddenly, his phone rang again but this time it was a call from Larry Armstrong, Maggi's uncle.

He was the only one in support of his late brother when he gave Maggi out for marriage years ago.

“Byron, son… It's been a while. Don't tell me Maggi is the one keeping you busy this time.”

“Not at all, sir.”

Larry sighed. “It’s almost time for the party, Maggi and the rest just arrived, are you already on your way?”

Party? He didn't hear about any party. But either way, he didn't think attending a party where The Armstrong's would be present was a good idea.

“Thank you, but I already have plans for this evening, sir.”

“Don't tell me you're not going to attend my birthday dinner. Tell me, what did Maggi say you should do at home this time? She should cut you some slack! Be rest assured I'd talk to her.”
