“Byron would never do that to me,” Sara cried as she looked out the window.

“How do I explain this in a way that you wouldn't feel bad?” Nurse bee said, “That con, doesn't love you.”

“Don't call him a convict, and yes, he loves me.” She cried.

“If he did then he wouldn't try to escape without telling you.”

“You think so?” She looked outside again, staring at Byron who was in a prisoner hot box: in the middle of the field.

She thought he loved him. She thought they were in love? How could he wake up one morning, put a life in her stomach and try to escape like she meant nothing to him!

“I know so, my friend.” Nurse bee took a deep breath and moved closer to comfort her friend, “You know I warned you but you wouldn't listen. I told you cons are all the same…. I hate to break it to you but he just used you.”

“But he was different, Bee…he was.” Sara buried her face on Bee's legs and cried even harder. He wasn't just unique, he was her perfect person.
