CHAOTIC

Almost as if she was being controlled by the time or like her life had been connected to it through an invisible strand. As the hour struck eight exactly, Phoebe sat up in bed with a tired yawn.

Her grandmother had already gotten out of bed as she looked to her side and found that she was alone on it.

It took a second for her brain ro start working properly and when it did, “oh sh*t!” She exclaimed as she jumped out of bed.

Throwing on her clothes, she ran to the living room but found no one there. “Mom? Mom!” She called out as she hurriedly put herself together.

“She isn't here.” She muttered to herself. “Right! Gloria's room!” She spoke loudly to herself almost as if she was having a conversation with someone else.

The door pushed open as she hurried out of her suite and she slammed it behind her before hurrying to Gloria's suite.

Luck seemed to be on her side as she hurried down the hallway and almost bumped into her mother from the way she hurried.
