MARLIN PLAN

The day after, Sasha was thinking about what happened the night before with Seth. She decided to talk to Marlin, who is one of her close friends, about it. What Sasha didn't know was that Marlin had feelings for Seth's wife, Phoebe, and was quietly influencing Sasha to create problems for Seth. Sasha went to Marlin's apartment, which was very elegant. Marlin, a confident man in his mid-thirties, greeted Sasha with a smile, hiding his true intentions.

"Hey, Sasha. Come in," Marlin said, stepping aside for her to come in.

Sasha sat down on the couch. "Thanks, Marlin. I needed to talk about last night."

Marlin looked interested. "Sounds important. Want some coffee?"

"Sure, thanks," Sasha said, trying to organize her thoughts.

Marlin got them both coffee and sat down opposite her. "So, what's on your mind?"

Sasha took a sip of her coffee and sighed. "It's about Seth. I tried to... well, I tried to get closer to him last night, but he said no."

Marlin looked satisfied. "He said no?
