Everyone fell silent for a second as they tried to process what had just happened. Did Grandma really just speak up for Seth against her own granddaughter?

Seth was lost for a second, he knew his wife had been acting strange, as if she was trying to be nicer to Seth but what he hadn't known was that it had gotten to such a level.

She shut her up for Seth's sake? “Grandma, what do you mean by that? He did something wrong and you know that too.”

She let out a soft chuckle. “Wrong? What wrong did he do? Tell me. He signed the documents so Aidan, your own cousin could get proper care and not die of shock or something and you say he did something wrong

“I don't care about the reason he did what he did, you know he shouldn't have signed those papers!” Gloria profusely claimed.

“Why? Because he isn't a part of the family? Isn't he your sister's husband? I don't blame you anyway since you don't even care about your own sister.” She said as she folded her arms below her breast.
