King Lauihnio then raised his hands to motion the soldiers to halt the rhythmic drumming of their shields, and at once, the soldiers halted, brought their chest out, and stood at attention before the king.

With grave silence now upon the veteran ranks, king Lauihnio began to speak. "Members of my veteran army, I am sure that you are aware of the reason for your gathering here in this fortress, however my decision to march with you all was deemed unnecessary by some, maybe many, but I have my reasons, reasons of which I do not wish to disclose to you all even though some of you may understand my motivation to do so." He then turned to Lord Mordian.

"Before we begin the march to the palace, I will like to honour a man who has shown selflessness, with regards to ensuring that this kingdom thrives despite the threats from the enemy."
