SUMMONED to ANOTHER WORLD

Volume 1. Chapter 16 Fact

Not long after the child disappeared Rii, Cini, and Vail regained consciousness. One of them realized that there had been a change in the forest where they were.

Rii tried to ignore this and immediately went to Norf City.

"Is city growing this fast? Isn't it too fast." Cini was very surprised by layout of city which was so different.

“Everything has changed, how do we ask questions?” Rii was confused.

"Maybe we should ask the soldiers at the entrance to the city," Vail suggested. Cini and Rii agree.

"Excuse me, sir, can we ask a question?"

"You're the person from before, what's the matter ?" asked the soldier they came from.

"We want to ask, can you tell us where the adventurers named Una and Cindy live or reside?" Vail asked the soldier.

The soldier did not answer Vail's question, he told them to go to a very famous restaurant in the city of Norf.

“Why was the soldier's actions so tense just now?” Cini was so surprised.

"He even suggested this restaurant, do we look like immigrants?" Rii was also surprised.

"Maybe the soldier hasn't been working for long, and only knows how to welcome tourists or newcomers," Vail spoke his mind.

"I just found out that there is a big restaurant in this city..." Cini was surprised to find a restaurant that had two floors.

“Vail?” Cini saw Vail who immediately sat down.

“We're already here, why don't eat? Once the nutrition is met, we can search seriously.” Vail informed.

"You have a point..." Rii sat down as well.

"You two, are serious?"

One of the restaurant waiters who was delivering food to the outside table, she saw the new visitor and immediately approached them.

They weren't used to it and didn't know the existing menu when the waiter offered them to order. They chose the menu suggested for the three of them, and the waiter immediately left.

"Sorry for the wait..." The waiter returned with the food fifteen minutes after leaving them.

“Please enjoy, gentlemen.”

"Thank You."

The waiter left again after delivering the food they wanted.

Them ate what they asked for satisfaction, and pleasure showing on the faces.

"Thank you for your hard work, Miss Owner, I hope you have a good trip." Said a man dressed like a manager.

"Thank you, Mr Oda, in the future please pay more attention to your family...don't make this job a big responsibility." The owner tell him.

"Okay, I'll go back to Gerna, if you need anything, you can send me a letter."

"I'll remember, Miss Owner." Oda was happy to hear that.

"Hmm?" The Owner heard the voices of people talking about her restaurant.

"They...?" She was surprised to see Cini, Rii, and Vail in her sight.

She immediately came to them with mixed feelings.

“Did you call me, gentlemen?” She held back her sadness.

“No, we haven't called…it seems better now, how much is it?” Cini wanted to pay and immediately looked for an adventurer's guild.

“Everything is free.” She couldn't hold back her tears.

"What happened?" Rii was so surprised and confused.

She was shocked, none of her three adopted brothers recognized her. And couldn't help crying.

"I see, that's how it seems...it's no wonder things have changed." Vail got up from his seat.

“What do you mean, Vail? Does it have anything to do with women crying?” Cini was so curious.

“Why didn't you notice? Look at the ring she's wearing." Vail informed.

Cini and Rii just realized this. Vail tries to calm the sad Clara and offers Clara a hand.

"Brother Vail..." Clara grabbed Vail's hand.

After feeling calm, Clara asked her three adopted brother’s to enter the restaurant.

"Sorry Oda, I'm borrowing this room for a while."

“It's okay, Miss Owner, you can use the space. Then I will be downstairs.” Oda went down the stairs.

Clara closed the door and dared to say everything.

“Clara?”

"Brother’s, l'm sorry...mother is no longer there," Clara said in all seriousness.

"Don't scare us, how could Mother go...didn't we just-- " Cini was silent at his own words. He saw Clara who had turned into an adult woman and not a teenage woman.

"Brother Cini— " Clara stopped talking because Cini opened and closed the door so loudly.

"Brother Rii—"

“I'll be out for a bit.” Rii immediately teleported.

Clara saw her two gloomy adopted brothers who were very upset. And saw Vail sitting mourning the loss of their mother.

Rii who was in the forest, damaged and killed all the wild animals to divert his frustration.

Meanwhile, Cini walked aimlessly in the city of Norf.

“Eh… is this for real?”

The woman who was on the balcony of the house saw Cini walking with a gloomy expression.

“Cini!”

"…Who?" Cini didn't know that the woman who called him was Elia.

Elia entered the house and came out to approach Cini.

“Where have you three been all this time? We've been trying to find you guys for years.” Elia told him and was surprised to see that Cini was still the same.

Elia invited Cini to enter her residence... on the other hand, Cini still didn't know who the woman who approached him was.

"Please drink it, this is an herbal tea that can calm you down." Elia handed he a cup of lemon balm herbal tea.

“Thank you, Elia.” Cini took it and drank the tea.

"Mother..." An eight-year-old child came to Elia.

"What is it, honey? Mother is talking to a guest for a moment, okay?” Elia told her son to give time.

"...." Elia fell silent and looked at her child because Cini saw and paid attention to the little child.

"She name is Alva Kaneya." Elia told Cini the name of her child.

"You already have a family, don't you, Elia." Cini hide a surprise.

"I've been married for four years," Elia said, she also said it with guilt.

"Sorry for not being able to wait for you," Elia said honestly.

"No need to think about it Elia, no one knows the fate of the future." Cini tried to stay strong and hold back his feelings.

"Cini, can--"

There was a knock at the door and a man's voice calling the names of his wife and child.

“Daddy!” The child immediately went to her father. Likewise, Elia stood up from her seat and headed for the door.

"Alva...smart kid," Edo was happy when his son welcomed him home.

"You don't usually come home this early." Elia was curious because this was the first time.

"Miss Clara asked me to go home and continue tomorrow morning," Edo said.

Elia informed him that there was a guest at his house, Edo, who heard this, immediately went to the balcony to welcome his guest.

What a surprise to find that the guest was Clara's adopted old brother.

"Mr. Cini, sorry to make you see our messy residence." Edo felt bad.

"Alva is still small, it's natural that she is currently only bothering her parents." Cini doesn't mind.

"Sorry I haven't introduced myself properly, my name is Cini, an adventurer in this city." Cini introduced himself.

“Very polite, my name is Edo Zanmar. Husband of Elia Kaneya.” Edo introduced himself.

“Sorry Elia, can you make lunch?” Edo asked.

"I'll make it... come on Alvi, let Papa talk for a moment." Elia took her son to the kitchen.

"Where are you talking to? Let me continue." Edo offered himself.

"We just finished talking about the past, and were interrupted when Elia wanted to tell about her meeting with you, Mr. Edo."

Hearing this, Edo continued the story of initial meeting with his version of Elia. The talks that Cini and Edo had ended after Elia brought lunch.

A few minutes after eating together.

"Well, do you think my wife's cooking is no less delicious than the dishes at the restaurant?" Edo joked a little.

“Edo ..”

“I was just complimenting you,” Edo said in a joking voice.

"Thank you for allowing me to eat with you," Cini felt honored.

"I'm the one who should say that, Mr. Cini." Edo feels honored.

“Elia, do you know where Cindy and Una are? We both tried looking for it, but never found it.” Cini asked where Cindy and Una were while meeting Elia, to tell him.

“…..” Edo looked at his gloomy wife after hearing those two names.

City fountain tomorrow morning. Cini thought Edo and Elia would take him to Cindy and Una's family residence.

Late afternoon. Clara, who was still in the restaurant, sat full of anxiety and worry when she saw that two older siblings had returned.

“Brother Rii? Why are your clothes dirty?" Clara saw Rii with clothes dirty with dirt.

"Previously, my brother just wanted to enjoy some alone time, and accidentally met a group of bandits," Rii told Clara a lie.

"Clara...I'm sorry, because I indirectly made your heart sad." Cini apologized to Clara for closing the door so hard.

"It's okay, don't think about it, the important thing is that old brother is back to how was before." Clara didn't mind this.

Cini told them that Elia was married to Oda, someone who manages the restaurant where they are now.

“Elia is married?” Rii was shocked by Cini's statement.

"They have been blessed with one child, named Alva Kaneya," Cini told them.

"What's wrong with Mr. Edo's wife?" Clara was so curious.

"Ah, it's natural you don't know...Elia is the receptionist at the place or guild we are in." Rii told Clara.

"Speaking of adventurers, have you asked Elia to tell you where Cindy and Una are?" Vail asked.

"I already said it, but Elia asked me to wait at the city fountain tomorrow morning, maybe she wanted to take us to Cindy and Una's family residence," Cini told them thoughts.

"Tomorrow?" Rii was surprised by Cini's words.

"What's wrong Clara? Your face looks so annoyed." Vail was confused by Clara's attitude.

"This time I insisted on coming, there was no resistance," Clara said in a very annoyed voice.

"That's fine but— " Rii stopped talking, because a hungry sound came from Vail's stomach.

“This Vail doesn't read the atmosphere.” Clara scoffed slightly.

"Forgive the occupants in my stomach," Vail informed in a joking voice.

Clara asked Vail and Cini to go downstairs first, while her and Rii would tidy up Edo's office.

“…..” Clara glanced at Rii awkwardly.

"What's wrong Clara? Your hands stopped tidying up these papers." Rii was curious.

"I—"

“Clara, l'm home. l should have said—”
