The bullet hit a thug’s shoulder, but the effect stopped the rest. And they all moved back. Not just the leader of the gang but the mafia guys also were stunned.

There was a crowd watching, but Rebecca didn’t care. Her attention was on the thugs. “Get away from my sight before I count to ten, or I’ll empty the magazine,” she threatened and started counting fast. “One. Two. Three. Four…”

Before she counted to ten, all the thugs were gone.

The crowd, however, was still there, watching. “Yeah, keep watching because that’s the only thing you’re good at!” she yelled at them, making them disperse. She briefly glanced at the mafia guys before getting to her car.

As she left in her car, the mafia guys looked at each other. “We should have stepped in sooner.”

“Yeah. Then we might have made a better impression. Who knew she was carrying a gun?”

“But we still have another one inside, don’t we?”

“Indeed. Let’s put her mobile back in her bag.” They went back into the store and conversed with
