CHAPTER 385
Emmanuel was holding Mina’s sword, and Edward cane thrusting his hand at her back.

It seemed like a sure victory for the vampires, but Mina abandoned the sword and moved out of the way.

Still, her back had received a skin-deep cut. No blood came out of her wound, though.

“Now I’m sure that you are definitely not an orc,” Edward said and grinned before looking at Emmanuel. “You should go and kick the ass of the one in the lab. I and Oliver are more than enough for this short wolf.”

“Then I’ll leave this one to you two,” Emmanuel said and threw the short sword to Oliver before entering the lab in haste.

“You’re going to die by your own sword,” Oliver said empthatically. He could feel that this green orc was not as strong as the one he met in the lab, so he was confident of taking this one, especially because Edward was also with him.

Mina, however, smiled and cracked her knuckles. “I’m not even 30% strong of what I used to be in my prime, but I have the invaluable experience on my side.
