CHAPTER 493

Rebecca put on shoes and looked at the sticker she stuck to the mirror. The words ‘if you’re feeling depressed, then exercise,’ were written on that note. It was something she had taken from her mother’s health book many years ago.

Rebecca had always kept herself in shape because of her healthy diet as well as exercising enough every week whenever she got time. Once she crossed twenty years of age, she stopped exercising too much to the point of putting her body under stress. For instance, she used to ride the spin-bike for ten to fifteen miles per day when she was a teenager. This would put a lot of stress on her knees, but as she entered her twenties, she cut that workout load so that she would never suffer from exertion.
