05: Horrific

 " Hey Hey" Selina waved

    "Good morning" Maria greeted and walked to meet her

    "Why do you prefer staying in this prohibited place? "Selina queried

    " This is the only safe place to practice my black magic "Maria replied playing with a ball she summoned out

    "Are you afraid of your twin sister finding out" Selina mocked

    " Stop mentioning that bitch beside me, she is a witch, not my twin sister" Maria replied hatefully

    " You should really stop hating on her, we may need her help in the nearest future"Selina advised

    " Let's wait till then, I still got my manipulation spell intact" Maria smiled wickedly

    Selina looked at her before rolling her eyes.

    " Oops!, Let's start going we only have three hours left," Selina said and held Maria before vanishing

    "This place looks creepy are you sure we are in the right place," Selina said

    " Do I know, you were the one that mentioned a young wizard dwelling around here so"Maria replied looking at Selina

    Selina laughed nervously and replied"I was just joking, let's walk faster"

    Birds chirping, Trees dancing, the wind blowing heavily.

    "What's happening?" Maria asked as she felt strange

    " I think we are about to meet the powerful wizard" Selina guessed praying that what she just said should be true

    They suddenly felt their legs leaving the ground. Fear was gradually building inside of them as they tried to kill the fear but it was of no use as the fear consumed them already. They tried to scream but it was like they couldn't open their mouth as they felt the scream echoing in their head.

     Fear ate them up completely as they remained stagnant in the air. They tried struggling but their body was stiff.

    "Is this how I'm going to die?" Selina screamed in her head trying to mind link with Maria but it kept cracking and going mute.

    "I fell... Before Maria could complete her statement in her head, she felt herself going down same as Selina, they closed their eyes tightly expecting them to land on the ground with full force but they heard the neighing of a horse instead

    They slowly opened their eyes by starting with one as they looked around and saw something unclear they quickly opened the second one leaving both eyes open.

    "Are you seeing what I am seeing?" Maria asked expecting to talk in her head again but felt happy when she heard her voice with her own ears

    "Why are we in the horse bay?" Selina asked no one in particular as she stood up abruptly

      Maria was about to stand up also when they felt their eyes closing again as they hit the ground with force causing the cracking sound

    "Ouch" Escaped Selina's mouth as she winced in pain

    "What are you girls looking for?" They heard a sweet voice say

    Selina and Maria already fell for him in their head.

    Maria opened her eyes to see a man in a mask looking at the both of them they guess.

    They were frightened which made them scream.

    After they recovered from the shock and pain two minutes later, They then moved to what brought them here.

    "Are you the wizard?" Maria asked looking at him keenly

    "Yes I am, Why were you both looking for me? What is the problem?"He asked As he couldn't guess their reason for coming to his abode

    "We have a really big problem and we thought you are the only one that could help us with a solution"Selina voiced out

    " So what is the problem all about?"The masked wizard with full focus

    "I don't even know how to explain but there is a strange voice always tormenting us inserting fear into us sometimes we feel a huge wind carrying us and hitting us on the floor as if that is not enough"Maria sighed and stopped to take a deep breath when Selina continued

    "Invisible force always hitting us, carrying us and leaving us hanging in the hair, strangling us and doing all sort of this and the most surprising part is that we are not seeing the person even though we are powerful we can't track the person's smell, it's strange and confusing that way why I decided that we should come to see you, "Selina said as she felt her heart throbbing in fear as she explained

    "I see, you people's problem is somehow but let me check, "The wizard said and summoned his mirror.

    Selina and Maria looked at themselves and gulped down nothing.

    The wizard started chanting some incantations and was performing some spells. After displaying for like seven minutes he closed his eyes and felt his body burning and shaking. He tried to open his eyes but he couldn't. He tried struggling but his body was stiff he then released himself as he felt a strange hair blowing.

     He felt a voice talking through his mouth that he couldn't even take control of his mouth again.

    "What did you girls do secretly?" The wizard asked with his eyes closed

    "We didn't do anything secretly" Both girls chorused

    " You both are being tormented by your mind then if you say you didn't do anything secretly, "The wizard said and tried to open his eyes but it was closed together tightly he then gave up

    "The power of you girls is increasing rapidly and your bodies cannot contain the strength of the power that was why your body reacted to the power no body was tormenting you"He added and his eyes flicked open, his eyeball turning black as his head started changing faces.

    Selina and Maria felt their hair stand up as they witnessed the strange show in front of them.

    The wizard's bones were cracking as he felt his bone shift, a painful scream escaped his mouth as he vomited out blood, his soul gradually leaving his body as he slumped and his body was lifeless on the ground.

    Selina and Maria screamed in horror as they ran out not minding the direction they were running to but they just knew that their mind can't take them in the wrong direction.

    "Things are finally going the way they should," A faceless head said as a mouth appeared on his face when he wanted to speak and it went back as soon as he finished talking before rolling off.
