"But seeing Robert's good results, I thought of something else."

He had Henry in his sights, and there was something thought-provoking about the expression on his face.

"Why is Mr. Brown merely a filthy son-in-law, given that he is the Millers' son-in-law? Emily is the perfection of a woman in every way. How could Henry possibly deserve her? What a piece of garbage he is! This individual really had the audacity to stand close to Emily. How absurd!"

Although he spoke with a lot of uncertainty, it was clear to everybody that he was not truly puzzled. He was just making the most vile fun of Henry.

Everyone in the hall erupted into laughter at his comments, casting sarcastic glances at Henry.
