Melissa told the taxi driver to drive her straight to the police station where Peter was currently staying.

Immediately the car pulled over in front of the correctional facility her husband was, she came down from the vehicle hesitantly and stood staring at the building for hours before she could go inside it.

Who would think that she would ever be able to step her foot into a place like this one to visit someone and not just anybody but her own husband? It felt like a horror movie playing before her. She couldn't believe herself.

She had never stepped her feet around a correctional facility let alone enter it. She felt disgusted as a result of how things had turned out to be for her, for them.

She told one of the officers the reason she had dropped by and they led her to the visiting room where she was going to meet with her husband.

Melissa was left alone in the room which had very little amount of light that peeped inside it from the small window. She waited for the officer who had
