"What's in it for me to help a stranger like you?" Shawn furrowed his brows and gave the man a sharp look.

The man repeatedly looked back in panic that the people chasing him would catch up. He again held Shawn's hand tighter and tighter. "You can't act like that. Please hide me from them. I'll die if I get caught by those monsters!"
