20. Silver's POV

Silver blinked; this was shocking. People like this don’t exist in the world. Why were they helping him like he would repay them back? It was strange. He looked at the pack of medicine on the table, looking up when Tony placed the bowl of soup in front of him.

"Eat," Tony told him, taking the seat opposite him to eat too.

Silver looked at the food, then the medicine, and then at Tony. No way were people this good. No, every kindness must be repaid; his mother had taught him that.

By the time he woke up on Monday morning, he was feeling more like himself, rejuvenated, and no longer sick. He was still staying at Tony's and had yet to hear from his mother after that night; she had not called or texted him at least to ask how he was doing.
