"Are you even listening to me at all?" Chris asked and Sasha blinked her eye and nodded her head. Words suddenly became too heavy for her to speak and so she shut her mouth and allowed her body language to do the talking. She knew that soon, he would want to hear her voice. She couldn't totally refrain from talking and that was the sad part.

"Chris, trust me. I am perfectly okay. Work is just stressing me out and I need to breathe."

"Is that all?" He asked, skeptically.

"Yes. I am fine," she said but she also knew that Chris didn't believe her. She couldn't blame him though. She didn't believe herself either. She wasn't fine and she doubted if she would be okay anytime soon.

"Okay. If you insist. Anyways, I wanted to know what you are doing for lunch. I wanted us to go out and get something to eat together."
