The Invitation
Jake was kept in the dark about the transaction that occurred between Sebastian and the agent. Even when he tried to poke his nose into their business, he was met with cold shoulders. He moved away when it was starting to look like he was bothering them and stood by the side of the building, waiting restlessly for them to be done with their transaction.

A few minutes later, he saw Sebastian smiling and heading toward him. He wasn't looking pleased and Sebastian wasn't paying him any attention.

"You know it's wrong to keep me in the dark about this right?"

"You didn't even want the money to be spent in the first place!" Sebastian replied.

"Yeah and since you still went ahead and did it. I deserve to know how much you spent and also see the paperwork. It is my aunt's money after all.

"And it's also the money you didn't want before. Look, Jake. I've paid for the place, that's all you need to know."

"No, I deserve to also know how much it cost."
