Chapter -6 The New challenge

“I want you to meet an old friend he will show you a lot of methods, to become a strong mafia king.” John’s father said.

“Okay dad.” John replied

John requested some time before beginning the job since he wanted to get even with his wife and her new lover first.

“I don’t want her to enter the company tomorrow, I want her to get humiliated.” john requested his father to forbid his wife from entering the business the next morning, and his father agreed and gave the guards strict orders.

When the new owner of the business phoned, John instructed him to make fun of his wife outside the entryway.

“Don’t you even think to let her enter, is that clear?” John talked to the new owner.

“Absolutely sir, don’t worry.” The new owner replied.

John's life is fantastic right now since the following morning, his wife got ready as usual with plenty of cosmetics and a nice outfit.

She was truly rather attractive, but not in John's eyes because he knew why she was dressed that way obviously, it was to meet the new owner of the business.

She moved in the direction of the firm, and when she got there, guards stopped her at the entrance. She identified herself as she normally does, but she was surprised by the guards' response. Actually, John replaced the company's guards; everything is now modified.

“Where do you think you are going miss?” one of the guards asked with a rude tone.

It wasn't the same as previously; she had to do something fresh to get inside the business, so she claimed to know the manager or the owner.

“What the hell are you saying? Who do you think you are to stop me?” She shouted and ordered the guards to summon the owner when they began laughing at her.

The owner arrived slowly and had already gotten instructions from John and his father.

He didn't even say hello before he began calling her a money digger and used foul language to embarrass her.

“How dirty your face and soul are, go far away from here.” The new owner said.

The guards removed her from the premises after she attempted to strike him and advised her to look for another job.

That was unfathomable to her.

“Leave me alone! Idiots!” She shouted a lot, but nobody responded, and nobody paid any attention to her.

When she returned home, she was so furious that when she saw John sitting on the sofa sipping coffee.

“Idiot, you are still here?”  She yelled and sobbed.

She labeled him a worthless guy who was foolish. He didn't say anything; he was just staring at her.

She withheld information out of fear of exposing her frailty, but John already knows what took place.

When her mother visited her, she fell asleep while John was listening to what she had to say.

Jennifer was very upset and worried out at what had transpired, the new owner's lack of interest in her, and the guards' treatment of her.

“I don’t know what to do right now mum?” Jennifer asked her mother.

“Don’t worry dear, we will find a way to escape from this problem.” Her mother replied with a confident tone.

“I don’t know, and john is acting so weird this time.” Jennifer inquired.

“Perhaps the last wealthy guy is to blame” her mother said, but Jennifer assured her that he was no longer in charge.

John was experiencing extreme bliss like never before. He received enjoyment in its purest form.

Everyone had a fresh day the next day, but Jennifer didn't want to leave the home. John visited his father while her mother returned to her home.

When his father enquired as to the status of his retaliation, John said, "Not yet."

When John's father learned how he intended to get retribution, he expressed astonishment and said, "What comes next?"

“I’m looking for that man, Steven, I will humiliate him, exactly and more like he did to me.” John said.

“Son, don’t waste your time with poor people like him.” John’s father advised.

“I know dad, but I want to clear my mind from what happened before.” John replied.

Within a short period of time, one of the guards contacted John's father to inform him that he had discovered a wealthy guy at the restaurant where John had previously worked.

When John claimed he would see him, his father instructed him to accompany several guards.

Everyone at the restaurant's entryway noted how John had changed, but no one dared to remark or act on it. His former coworker, who had laughed at him, fled to hide in the kitchen because he was so afraid of John seeing him.

The same restaurant where Steven previously insulted John now employs him as a basic server. Steven used to be the head of a large corporation. How coincidental and peculiar this life is.

One of John's former coworkers believed he was there to reclaim his position, but that wasn't the case.

Although John had previously seen him, he paid him no mind. Since he was a straightforward worker, it wasn't his concern.

With security posted around the restaurant, the wealthy guy or Steven was in for a big surprise when he spotted John. His appearance had altered, but his face remained the same.

“What do you want?” Steven asked.

 Instead of responding, he set in front of him and placed orders for lunch and coffee.

“Let’s sit down poor man, and speak man to man.” John replied.

Steven became upset when he overheard John refer to this poor man as a "poor person" after having a lengthy talk with him.

“How dare you speak to me like that?” Steven yelled, and he was angry.

“Don’t worry poor boy, I will pay this lunch, since you lost your work right? “  john laughed and said in a chilly tone.

The guy who was humiliated the previous time is no longer a regular person; Steven couldn't believe what he witnessed.

“Take this poor boy!” one of the guards smacked him.

Steven started to yell after he was smacked in the face by one of the security guards who warned him not to raise his voice in front of the people associated with the mafia.

 Steven and the rest of the people in the restaurant were taken aback by the realization that John is no longer a typical person; however, the question that remains is: what caused John to undergo such a profound change? Everyone else had the same thought go through their heads.

“Take that shit who called Jennifer with you poor boy. Thank god for showing her true face.” John made Steven the object of his ridicule on multiple occasions, referred to him as a tool, and claimed that God had given him his wife as a gift despite the fact that she had previously lied to him.

The worst experience he will ever have in life was about to begin. He would spend all his time in hell. No light, no matter how hard he tries to switch on the light. Although life was never really fair, individuals made it so.

Thankfully, John was rescued, and because he is now in charge of his own position, he has spat on Steven's face, smacked him, and humiliated him in front of everyone.

When John was going to leave the restaurant, Steven attempted to kick him in the behind since he couldn't accept that John had won.

“I will kill you john!” Steven yelled,  However, the guards were there to defend John.

Steven could finally feel what he had done to John as there were several foul comments and blows to his face.

The worst sensation a guy may ever have is the sense of being destroyed and weak in front of another man.

After leaving the restaurant, John realized that he needs a trainer to teach him self-defense. His father was right; the new mafia kind needs to be able to protect themselves.
