Chapter 18. Finding Envelopes

Emily was already holding the cutter in her hand, looking at Axell, who was sleeping. Emily was silent for a long time, looking at Axell and cutter alternately. At that time, Axell stretched, and Emily swiftly hid the cutter behind her body.

It turned out that Axell didn't wake up; he just changed his sleeping position. Cutter was still in Emily's grasp; even cutter's eyes seemed to be directed at Axell.

There was silence for a few moments, then Emily broke down in front of Axell, crying.

"What do I do?" said Emily while looking at her hand, which was still holding the cutter.

Emily put the cutter back shakily. Luckily, she quickly realized this before she became a murderer. She suddenly thought about staying in prison and giving birth there; she really couldn't afford it, and that would tarnish Mattew's big name.
