Chapter 47: I have something to tell you

At the stated time, Eloine knocks at Derek's door, opens it and walks in, he is still sleeping. He gently taps him, three taps wakes him up, he runs his eyes with the back of his palms. Then he raises his eyes to the wall clock, it's 2:50 PM.

He remembers that he had an appointment with his lawyer, Bianca. He rises from the bed abruptly, walks to his bathroom to freshen up. After spending ten minutes in the bathroom, he receives a call. It's Eloine. He stretched out his hand from the bathtub he is, clearly his face of soap with his left hand.

"Hello Eloine?" He already suspects what he wants to say even before he opens his mouth.

"Bianca is here, she requests to see you."

"Tell her to wait for me in the guest room, and give me fifteen minutes. I'll be right there." He feels she should wait, though he is giving fifteen minutes, he might take a little bit longer than that but not longer than thirty minutes.
