Review if you like my book! Thank!
In a narrow and dark alley, were four people walking while looking carefully around them. Aita was in the front, Austin and Elena behind him and behind them were Jaxon and Jake.Aita recovered a little but his mental health didn’t recover. He wanted to be alone, but before he knew it four people were following him. They were his four teammates whom he didn’t care at all, except maybe Elena.“Why are you following me?”He asked in a tone clearly implying that he wasn’t enjoying their company.“I-I want to help you so we can find Daisy…”Elena replied, a little less nervous than before. Aita saved her after all and she understood that he wasn’t a bad person.“I can do it alone. You are all just burdening me, so get lost.”Aita said harshly, his mood was worse than before. That attack he took really made him mad. Though he didn’t show it, Aita hated losing, he was very proud of his abilities and of himself. His self-esteem was bordering on arrogance, as he knew he was a God, yet at the s
“Are you okay, Austin?”Elena asked Austin. They were currently in a little room-like structure. After Austin defeated the troll and Aita annihilated the monsters in his way, they chose to take a rest in that room.-CrackleThe campfire was burning brightly and they were all around it. Aita fortunately had a wall behind him so he could lean on.“Yeah, it’s okay. I just feel tired because it’s the first time I am using it.”Austin replied with a smile.“It was amazing man!”“Yeah! It looked like those attacks from anime! The name, though, was cringe.”Jake and Jaxon praised their friends in their own way.Austin smiled. He was happy that he could finally pull off something he had worked hard on for the past month. He wanted to make the most of his strong state when he was in his Avatar form and he created a sword style with his fire. The continent was filled with monsters and while he was treated a hero or envoy of God, he couldn’t even back up that role with his c
A few hours later, they all finally woke up. It was probably morning outside. After eating something like breakfast, they resumed walking. Thankfully, they brought a lot of food in their space ring so there was no lack of food. They only had to cook and Austin did it willingly. Again, monsters came one after another, but Austin and Aita didn’t have a hard time cleaning them. Austin was also becoming strong at an incredible pace. It was the best training he had ever had. The monsters were far stronger than what he'd usually fight. “Hey, Jake, aren’t we useless in the group…?” “No doubt about it, we are useless.” Jake nodded seriously though he didn't seem to care. Only Aita, Austin and Elena were fighting while they couldn’t do anything because there was a massive disparity between them and Aita, Austin and Elena. Their strength was way above theirs. They’d have to use a lot of mana to fight a monster from the end of the fourth floor. “But don’t worry Jaxon, in every manga, you ne
“There will not be a third time.” Aita said as mana started to leak out of his body. “W-Wait, you don’t have to f-figh-” “Step back.” Aita cut off Elena. “B-But...” Elena didn't want Aita and Austin to fight, even more so because of her decision. “Do you want to see your friend quickly?” “Yes…” Elena nodded and stepped back. Jaxon and Jake had also already stepped back from Austin. “This time will not be like back then.” Austin said as he raised his burning sword. “Enough yapping.” Aita sneered and a sword of wind appeared in his right hand. “Ahhhh!” With a loud cry, Austin rushed at Aita. -Clang! -BOOOM! A powerful shockwave rippled in the surroundings when both swords clashed. Austin slid back several meters away, he looked at Aita. The latter slid back but just two meters. Gritting his teeth, Austin rushed again while strengthening his sword even more. His figure blurred in blue as he appeared before Aita. He thought he had taken Aita by surprised but the latter
A bright light blinded Aita and Elena. They felt their body being subject to abnormal pressure. Fortunately, it didn’t last long; a few seconds later, they could feel the ground below their feet again. Aita opened his eyes and a large hall fell on his sight. The walls were dark grey, surely humans doing. No monsters were there even though they were on the fifth floor. Aita swept his gaze and saw Rex standing. Behind him were Gaut and Bein with nervous expressions and again behind them was an unconscious Daisy lying on the ground. Elena tried to step forward immediately but Aita stopped her before she jumped toward Rex and the others. A smile emerged on Rex's face, seeing that. “No worries. We didn’t touch her, though we were about to if you didn’t come.” Rex said as he threw a glance at Daisy. “Now, are you ready, miss Elena? As you said, you will take Daisy’s place and we will leave her.” Rex spread his arms large as if inciting Elena to jump into his embrace. Gaut and Bein smi
-Whooooosh! A gust of wind headed toward Rex at tremendous speed. It looked like a tornado as it devastated everything in its wake. “Bein, take her away!” “Yeah!” Bein lifted Daisy and rushed toward the exit behind. -Booom! The ground before Bein was gouged out. Particles of mana could be seen flying. It was Aita’s mana. Bein turned around with a pale face and saw Aita a dozen meters away staring at him. “Tch! Follow me Gaut! Let’s stop that bastard! Avatar!” “Avatar!” Rex and Gaut emanated dense mana as they used their most powerful ability. Fire sizzled around Rex while lances of earth floated above Gaut. Waves of mana rippled around and they clashed with Aita’s mana. Rex smirked, seeing his and Gaut’s mana stopping Aita’s mana. “You see that?! You just caught me off guard the last time! That time I will pay you back all you did to me a hundredfold! You will beg me to leave you but I-” -Bam! Rex couldn’t even finish as Aita’s boot reached his stomach. Rex’s body bent i
“Tell me how you got that artifact and I will give you a painless death.” Aita’s words rang out in that bloodied place. A silence lingered on a background filled with monsters’ groans as they fell by Elena and Daisy's hands a dozen meters away. It might have been a merciful deal from Aita, but it didn’t touch Rex at all. Rather, the latter’s hatred was only inflating. Aita’s words were just humiliating and hurt his pride. “Painless death? Me? Do you think you can kill me? Ahahahaaha!” Rex burst out laughing suddenly. His laugh was twisted enough to scare off any children. With his face red, eyes red from hatred and bulging vessels from his body, he looked anything but someone sane. “I am the son of a duke! You should just-” “I don’t give a damn about that.” Aita cut off Rex’s annoying boasting. He was tired of the third-rate villains counting their biographies to him, even though he didn’t care at all. Was that a way of scaring him? With status? Then he didn’t choose the right
"Wait, where is Mister Aita?" "!" At Daisy’s question, Elena looked for Aita around Rex but couldn’t see him. Suddenly a thought crossed her mind and she turned around to the flock of monsters. The monsters stopped trying to advance and were surrounding something. The monsters jumping on each other were either punching or tearing apart their fellows to get into the center of the flock. -Booom! It didn’t last long, as dark green mana erupted in a pillar. Elena and Daisy recognized Aita’s mana. They were a bit worried about his current state, he was at the center of an army of monsters after all. “Out of my way.” A low and cold voice rang out. -Swooooosh! In less than a second, a dark tornado appeared and decimated everything around. The monsters around couldn’t even fight back or run away as the tornado ruthlessly tore their bodies in flesh and blood. The force of attraction even forcefully pulled the running monsters in the tornado. Soon enough, from the tornado, a bloodied
