[An apartment building in Oakland, California]

In the bustling city of Oakland an apartment building stood with occupants living in it and several of them frequenting the stairs.

A short motorcade parked in the parking space of the apartment building.

Out of it alighted Ryan and his security guards otherwise known as the DPS agents.

He was in a disguise so that people wouldn't recognize him as the Governor of the state he needed to do that to shoo away attention.

Ryan and his guards marched into the apartment building and on their way took the tall stairs to a particular apartment 105.

They arrived in a hallway with a series of doors from 99 to 110.

As Ryan's eyes scanned from door to door as he it finally hit Door 105.

Ryan knocked on the door and he heard a series of knocks on the door signalling that the individual heard the knocks.

The person behind the door was none other than West himself.
