Letting out a tired sigh, Kieran remarked. “Are you not going to reconsider my offer?”

“No, Kieran. I don't plan on working for Sloan Inc. I hope you can understand that.”

“I heard the person you picked as a sponsor won the selection process to find the third sponsor.”

“He did.” A hint of pride was present in her response.

Kieran's expression turned sour. “As a sponsor, he can't sponsor one of the contestants so how do you plan to resolve that?”

“He isn't sponsoring directly. He opted to find both Mega Sports and Gen-X which served as an indirect way to sponsor the competition. So that frees him up to sponsor me directly.”

“This is madness,” Kieran remarked coldly. “So you are willing to go through so much stress instead of just letting me in!... Damn you, Kiara!”
