“I won't say it again, that's enough,” Ethan warned.

The thug sneered as he pulled out a knife. “And I won't say it again, walk away.”

Ethan clenched his fist, absolutely furious at the fact that his mentor had experienced brutality at the hands of these thugs.

“What?... Are you angry?... I promise you'd best not come in here and act like you know what's happening.”

“5.”

“Huh, are you counting down for me?”

“4.”

“You've got some guts huh, I'll tell you now, I gut sissies like you all the time.”

“3.”

“Fucking bastard.” As the thug tried to attack Ethan, all he felt was a sharp pain followed by a sudden view of the sky.

He trembled for a moment before passing out instantly.

The other two thugs were immediately gripped by shock as they stared wide-eyed.

“Get out,” Ethan muttered coldly.

They didn't need anything else to spur them on as they quickly grabbed their man and ran away.

Of course, not without spewing out an empty threat about making him pay by reporting to their boss.
