Chapter 303 : Oxes Roar

Oxhead is a prisoner former member of The Hordes who leads a faction of which Spike is the next leader of their gang.

The reason Oxhead and several others in The Hordes felt that Spike was their leader was because only Spike was capable of defeating the Borg at that time. Before dying as before, Borg was hailed as the strongest prisoner in the Battleborn prison after he gained his powers.
