When the fight in the various cities against the dragons went on, other cities were not aware that the situation they faced were also faced by other cities at the same time. The cities in particular that were under this attack were the cities of Raychester, Warcton Fortress, Cliffsage, Bellbay and Northby which explained why the dragons could not last a fight against them because those were the major and stronger cities of the human race. So now that the fight was brought to a halt by the retreating of the dragons, the people were full of confusion, needing answers which was very crucial because from what they knew before now, they were being attacked by a particular dragon which they were sure was dead and burnt to ashes. When they arrived at Warcton fortress, Prince Ethan Cole was about to journey back to the city of the King to report to his father about the dragon which was caught by his elder brother and general Morgan. While they were gathering the spoils of the city, there was noise coming from the entrance of the city, it was the sound of a multitude. So general Morgan who was closest to the gate had to check the cause of the noise but he was quite sure that it wasn’t a sound of war. Eric also felt compassion seeing how he was crying like a child. He was confused but by the sound of that word, he could feel that Zach believed in him and that he could do something, so he looked at the staff which he had kept on the ground beside him. Just as expected, Zach still had something to say but since Eric was on the move, he could not say what was in his mind again because Eric was fast and if he really wanted him to hear what he had to say, then he had to shout which would draw attention to them. Some minutes after Eric fixed those gaze at the orc, it began to tell as it felt some strange sensation in its body and it could tell definitely that what it felt was because of Eric's action, thus it screamed. It took almost over five hours before the detective in charge of interrogating the suspect came out to meet Eric Claus and Chase Stevens in the police station. “Just before you woke up,” Chase began, “He told Lauren and I that he would be removing you from life support because his test showed that you would never wake up again. But upon coming to see you in the ward, we found you awake, that is to say he has found out that you would be waking up any time soon so he wanted to prevent it from happening. When I asked him how it was possible that someone who he presumed to never wake up again was awake and sound, he said he didn’t know and would do some research that would explain it scientifically. The doctor ran another test on Eric Claus early the next morning to confirm whether he was fully fit to leave the hospital and still his results were positive that he did not see any other reason to keep Eric there in the hospital. So he had to break the good news about his discharge so he could prepare to go home. The monitor attached to Eric Claus began to beep loudly, alerting the nurses and medical personnel nearby to hurriedly come check on him and find out what was the cause of the sudden beeping of the monitor. The first nurse that ran in noticed his temperature was burning beyond normal and it was something beyond her skills so she rushed out to call the doctor in charge of his treatment while another nurse that followed after her tried to stabilize the situation pending the doctor’s arrival. In a few minutes the doctor came in to check on him and saw that it was more than a normal burning for someone in his condition, and something he hasn’t seen before throughout his entire career, but that was not going to prevent from running some quick test on him.
