Faceless spoke with eloquence Horaz can only guess where it came from, perhaps deep inside his head or imagination. Either way, the register of the faceless’ voice comes deep and childish, as if it came from a badly dubbed television show from a different country. There is a confusing sense of familiarity and distance in the way he understood his other versions words that it only registered that what he was listening to, the voice, came from the singer in the earphones his past self was listening to.

Since the song currently playing had the same voice, he could only blink at the realization and more for the fact it spoke to him with an understanding of common English and sarcasm. He settled sitting like he had been forced to sit up straight, his back now leaning forward as he rest his elbows on his knees. Staring straight at his other self, the words, “what the hell, so you can talk?? Why are you just silent?”
