Chapter 31 (part 4)

The bed Horaz sat on with faceless suddenly shook, both donning an expression of surprise. The room turned into a field of the park near the cemetery and the two sat separately on a seesaw. The metal bars continued to shift going up and down between the two with great variation, sending the sensation of their bodies into a ticklish sense of tingle in their stomach.

This sensation brings a familiarity that collects butterflies in the pit of his stomach that rose to the edge of his throat. Bile could have given him the same sensation, but he knew that it wasn’t puke or a real vomit, but rather a surge of any other form or word for excitement. His nerves shot in anticipation but eased into stasis as the sensation passed by in a blink of an eye.
