Superhero Manager System More Bodies
The moment Arome stepped out into the stairwell, alarms blared out within his helmet. He quickly ducked down under the wild punch that was thrown over his head as the door banged shut behind him, pneumatic hisses filling the air as the sounds of heavy clicks and bolts sliding into place were heard. He angled the rifle in his hand and squeezed the trigger, two quick bursts that pelted off a glowing blue shield that covered the body of his new assailant.A knee came flying to his face, but he raised the butt of the rifle, smashing it down on the knee before he got up and took a couple of steps backwards. Five cultists, the lead was a super with shield or barrier abilities. But it wasn’t just him that gave off a feeling of danger. One of them had green gas hovering around his body, another was a foot in the air, a small distortion around their body, almost as if they were controlling gravity. The remaining two were at the back, one with a gun and the other with a steel bat in his hands.
Superhero Manager System Arome Must Die
“What the fuck just happened? Who’s this guy? He killed Nina! He killed my sister!” the guy with an energy barrier knelt beside the still warm corpse of the Telepath. His distress and fear could be seen, but much more than that was the grief he was feeling. He pulled back the hood of his cultist’s robes, tears falling down his eyes as his long brown hair swayed behind him.“Tarak had told us this guy was dangerous…we should have been more careful considering the state we had found him.”“Indeed, you should have.” Arome responded to the Green Mist super, his voice cutting into their conversation as they turned to look at him in shock. Three shots, his new helmet augmenting his ability with his firearms on a whole other level. The green mist super crumpled to the ground besides the recently Deceased Nina, equal bullet holes in his eye and forehead. Arome grinned from within the confines of the helmet. He was already quite a shot, but with the augmentation and tracking abilities the helm
Superhero Manager System Heavy Blows
Rowan attacked first, firing off a stream of bullets that refused to travel in a straight line. There was a reason why he was called Gunsoul. Arome ducked to the side, but even with how fast he moved he could still feel close to having a dozen bullets impacting the side of his head. The helmet held up, but the same could not be said for his body. His suit was impact resistant, not fully bulletproof, as there was not enough time to get these ready. So getting shot still hurts like hell, even more so when you have to take on this many bullets. He held his ground though as the metal guy bull rushed Arome, spearing him and carrying him backwards, towards the same stairs that just broke his back. Arome cocked his arms back, the angle was terrible, and he would not be able to hit with his full force, which was why just before he could be slammed on the ground and his back broken again. He let go of his rifle and pulled his arms as wide as they could go, before bringing them together as quic
Superhero Manager System Rowan Gunsoul I
Rowan Gunsoul was a careful man, it was no mistake that he had fallen into the hands of these cultists. He was not that foolish, not when he had spent the last seven years under their control, pushed and driven to do things that had turned all the righteous burning passion in his heart, to a cold and apathetic drive for vengeance and death. His predecessor… This manager with such a weird name. It wouldn’t be too hard to notice that this individual was probably from the Nubian continent. He had the accent and that tilting arrogance and grace that was synonymous with powerful men from the continent. The exposed parts of his body were enough to also confirm where this Arome was from. But that was just it, an enigma that showed up out of nowhere to give him a little bit of hope.“If you survive… I’ll set you free.”That word kept ringing in his ears like a bell. This man knew exactly who he was and how dangerous he was with a gun. He had even mentioned it, but he still gave a threat. He s
Superhero Manager System Rowan Gunsoul II
Rowan Gunsoul was no longer holding back. Arome could tell when the first two bullets smashed into his knee caps. Even with the protection his new suit provided, it was still enough to bring him crashing down to his knees. But the Mad Lion would not be grounded, not when such a prize was in front of him. He jumped to the side, running on all fours like a real life Lion, his erratic movements making it a little difficult for Rowan Gunsoul to aim properly. Even more so was the fact that Arome could move fast enough to confuse the immortal gunslinger.A bullet pinged off the side of his helmet as Arome leaped, his movements like a lion pouncing on its prey. Rowan Gunsoul fired off a barrage of shots, they left trails of fire and shadow in the air as they smashed into Arome’s chest, blasting him backwards until his back impacted the wall. However, before he could hit the wall, the mane behind his head spread out, stretching out to fill the space as it cushioned the impact, letting Arome p
Superhero Manager System Rowan Gunsoul III
Arome rushed towards the still healing Rowan. He got on top of his body as he quickly took his hunting knife, pulling one of his gloves to the side. He gritted his teeth as he started carving a pentagram into his palm. Even if he was in a hurry, he had to be careful not to mess the sigil up. He completed it in record time, but before he could make any more moves, Rowan Gunsoul opened his eyes wide. It took the man only a second to recognize Arome sitting on his chest and hanging over him. His guns were in his hands and their barrels pointed at Arome’s side. He only had a fraction of a second to acknowledge what was about to happen, before the shots started ringing out.He smashed his head towards him again, the shocked looks on Rowan’s face almost made all the bullets that had been deposited into his kidneys worth it. But this time the hit was not enough to kill him or knock him out. But it bought Arome just enough time to place his bloodied palm around Rowan’s neck where the sigil wa
Superhero Manager System The Immortal Gunslinger
Tarak barely took fives steps before a bullet took him at the back of his knee. He crashed to the ground, undergoing his demonic transformation as he got up and started running down the stairs. Arome scowled, without a doubt this bloody coward of a demon was beginning to make Arome extremely irritated. He was the one that had sent Rowan and his former team after Azrael in the first place. Letting him get away would be a mistake, he seemed like the kind of person that was a pest and would keep disturbing you no matter what. But the bullet did nothing more than slow him down for a few seconds. But there was no way to chase after him as the rest of the cultists decided this was the best time to attack. Rowan and Arome exchanged a simple glance, that was all the acknowledgment both men needed as they dove right into the fray. Rowan was like a bolt of lightning, his guns going off, before Arome could even realize that he had started attacking. Three bodies dropped, as another cultist with
Superhero Manager System Quest Complete
“Is that it?” Rowan asked to which Arome shrugged.“I don't know, should i have said anything else?” Arome asked, with a wide grin on his face. Rowan shook his head as he walked towards Arome. He stretched out his hand, asking for Arome’s hunting knife. The prince raised an eyebrow, but still handed the weapon over as Rowan turned it on himself, slashing through his palm, before suddenly clasping forearms with Arome.“Seven years I have been bound by the Blights. Seven years of staining my hands with the blood of the innocent. You broke that cycle and set me free, so I will make you a blood oath. In you I feel a powerful spark of magic, so I swear on my own spark too. One hundred and seventy-seven years will I serve and protect you. Your bloodline will see no harm under my watch, and neither will your legacies. But for eternity, if you will have me...I will be your friend, until there's not a light in my eyes or breath in my bones.”A seating flare of light shone in-between their clap

The First Mission
While construction was still ongoing on their base, Arome decided he needed to get in on the action. He was getting tired of waiting around and playing politics. As it was he had already sent Aunty Kemi back home, she was the head of the temple guards and had duties she needed to handle. Plus, she could not refute an order from his father, so she left with the crown prince.Arome gritted his teeth. His father being the crown prince was a title that was just there for show. He shook his head, there was no need to dwell on anything other than what was in front of him, and that was choosing the first mission that their team would have to deal with.Arome sat at his cluttered desk, a holographic catalog shimmering in front of him. The digital pages flipped silently, revealing detailed profiles of the world's most notorious villains. Each entry was accompanied by high-resolution images, crime statistics, and a dossier of their known powers and abilities. He scrolled past images of menacing
The Way Of Art
Somewhere In San-FranmikyoGrand States of Merica.Domingo Yen was many things, but a supervillain was not one of them. Those freakshows in their edgy costumes and self-righteousness, existed to make life miserable for everyone. They took away valuable artistic materials, these bastards done know they kill too much with their fights. They did not leave enough skin and concrete for his artful carvings to come to life.“Ahhh, I hate supervillains so much. They ruin all my materials.”“If you’re not a supervillain then what are you, asshole! a serial killer?”Domingo Yen turned onto the secluded street near the bay. He could hear the sound and spray of the sea, a powerful natural force that moved through everything. This inspired him greatly. He was dressed in his samurai kimono, his chest bare to the world and crisscrossed with garish scars that could haunt the dreams of the most resilient warrior. The oni mask on his face hung crooked to one side, exposing enough of his face and single
The Offer II
Arome gave an annoyed look to the glass that had just poisoned him, the secretary even continued to drink leisurely from his, acting unbothered. But nevertheless, everything this man just said has him more than a little worried. A virus that only this ability can heal, he found it hard to believe. There was another angle at play here, and regardless of what threats or offers this man threw his way, Arome would never willingly throw himself into dying over and over again, not unless he had no other choice.“I’m afraid I can’t help your Mr. secretary. Since you’ve never experienced it before, and seeing how hard you are trying to avoid it, dying is not fun. And only a fool will completely subject himself to death repeatedly. You don’t have nearly enough money in your bank account to make me do this. In case you’ve forgotten, I am still a prince. Our kingdom might not be worth much out in the wider world and cosmos, but we are still reasonably self-sufficient. I have no need for money, s
The Offer
Arome came back alive, choking on his own blood. He quickly turned to the side where he disgorged the entire contents of his stomach, dry heaving and struggling to breathe with each cow clench of his stomach. His suit was bloodied and smelled rather foul, whatever it was this virus was, it seemed like it was specially designed for supers.“I have to say that I am surprised, I did not expect you to survive that. And if you can survive that, it seems it would take me blasting you to atoms in a nuclear chamber before I can end you for good. There’s no guarantee if I chuck you into the sun you will survive, that might even strengthen you, the sun is a star in the end.”Arome gave him the middle finger, as he got back up to his feet and stumbled towards the door, he needed to get the hell out of here before he would do something he’d regret.”“And where are you going?” The secretary asked, looking amused as Arome stumbled away from him.“Isn’t it obvious, I'm getting away from your psychot
The Teacher
Unfortunately, Arome could not escape the event as quickly as he had wanted to, not before he had a one-on-one meeting with the secretary of the UNCH. It was how Arome found himself following the Secretary’s secretary down an empty hallway before coming before a set of massive double doors. The secretary moved to the side and pointed at the door. It seems from here on out Arome would have to go by himself.Arome took a deep breath and pushed the doors open, stepping into a room that was a stark contrast to the dimly lit hallway. The secretary's office was a masterpiece of luxury and grandeur, a testament to the power and influence that the position held. The room was bathed in a warm, golden light that seemed to emanate from the crystal chandeliers hanging from the high ceiling, their prisms casting a delicate dance of light upon the intricately patterned marble floor. The walls were adorned with rich, dark wood paneling, each segment carved with meticulous detail, telling stories of
The Summon II
“By order of his majesty you are not return home and take on an official post.”Arome’s eyes took on a hard edge on that, he might have a lot of guilt towards his parents, but there was no love lost between him and his grandfather. Some of the worst things he has ever had to do, had come from his orders. His grandfather was a different kind of monster that no one in the whole kingdom could match up to. He was ready and willing to use anyone and anything to get what he wanted.“I’m afraid I will have to decline father. As you can see, I have commitments and an agency to run. Idu does not need me to take on any posts. Besides any post that I can take up has already been filled, the kingdom already has a crown prince in the process of carrying out his ten years of service. And I am not coming back so that I can play second fiddle to him and his bastard father1!”Arome’s father hissed in annoyance as he slammed his hands on the table in front of him, the sound so loud that Astra jumped in
The Summon I
Arome was not stupid, he had gone completely off the script that had been given to him by the UNCH. But he didn’t care either way, this was his way of showing them that he was playing along, but also a reminder that they did not own him, not anymore at least. And what was the worst they could do to him, kill him? The last people that had thought killing Arome would solve their problems, had ended up finding out the hard way that he was not so easily gotten rid of. But still he had been able to make an impact, the tabloids would have a field day with the announcement and the speech. Those who were smart enough would have noticed the careful placed barbs in his words, his subtle way of throwing shade at the UNCH. For sure they would notice it, and he knew there would be a reckoning coming from them. The only way to do so would be to get so much stronger they would not be able to do anything to him. But they won’t make any moves early on, of course he was sure they would try and sabotag
The Event III
Propaganda, politics, games the elite play with the lives of the common man. Arome was now firmly stepping into that world. He was no longer a teenager with bristling anger against the world. A boy who could only see everything that had happened to him as unfair as he asked repeatedly why his grandfather did not love him. A boy who grew up seeing his father take care of their people wholeheartedly, teaching lessons of kindness, responsibility and the upholding of traditions in order to honor your ancestors. But most importantly, living your life the right way so that the person you see in the mirror, was someone you could be proud of. Arome’s entire life has been one bad choice after the other. The military might have been his grandfather’s orders, a punishment for a Wayward prince absent the family bloodline, but he had chosen to stay there. His banishment had been from his grandfather’s court, not the kingdom, but his own anger and stubbornness drove him into a life that filled with
The Event II
Arome grunted as his name was called out, this was definitely unexpected as he did not expect that he would have to be called up to the center stage in front of everyone else here. Was he expected to give a speech? No one told him about that, and given the irritating smirk on his cousin’s face, it became obvious there was more going on that what he could currently see. On the stage ahead, reporters arranged themselves in front of it. This was both a dinner and a press conference at the same time, but it seems Bayo was trying to find a way to make this as embarrassing of an experience for Arome as he could possibly. There was a subtle balance of power within the UNCH, and he has finally stepped up to muddy his toes in their dirty waters. Unfortunately, whatever camp Bayo seems to fall under, it seems they have already established themselves as enemies. As Arome walked up to her stage, he could feel the eyes of everybody present on him. The most significant being those of the dignita
