Arome grunted as his name was called out, this was definitely unexpected as he did not expect that he would have to be called up to the center stage in front of everyone else here. Was he expected to give a speech? No one told him about that, and given the irritating smirk on his cousin’s face, it became obvious there was more going on that what he could currently see.

On the stage ahead, reporters arranged themselves in front of it. This was both a dinner and a press conference at the same time, but it seems Bayo was trying to find a way to make this as embarrassing of an experience for Arome as he could possibly. TWO WEEKS LATERUNCH HEADQUARTERSArome scowled, the sheer number of paparazzi standing outside of their cars, and in front of the UNCh building almost made his stomach churn. “These guys are really making a show of this entire thing. Their so-called deal of the decade.” Astra grunted in annoyance, as she gave a scathing glare to her mother who had just dropped out of a limo ahead of them. She was dressed all in white, a reflection of the limo itself. Hert dress was an exquisite piece with cut diamonds and gems sewn into the fabric. They glistened under the flashes of the photographers and the resplendent lights that had been set up for the event.Arome took a deep breath, trying to steady his rising irritation. He knew that the media circus was inevitable, given the significance of the event. Yet, the glitz and glamour that surrounded it seemed to trivialize the stakes at hand.Astra's mother moved with regal grace, waving to the crowd as if she were a queen greeting her subjects. Th
