Yen and Rotlitch arrived at a new apartment in the city. It was a two-acre land with a 3-bedroom bungalow located at the front, with the remainder of the land barren with some parts being cultivated into a small farm while short well-treated grass grew in another part.

Yen and Rotlitch got out of the car and walked into the building to inspect the whole place.

"The room's quite alright." Yen smiled, satisfied by the rooms he found in the building. Its design as well as its intricately well plotted construction was stunning making Yen almost want it immediately.

Another deciding factor was its location and because it was located within the city and was close to most necessities like a supermarket, shopping mall, bank, and hospital, Yen liked it even more.

Although he wouldn't be visiting the hospital anytime in the future, it simply made it convenient to be close to a hospital.
