Far away from the city of Wewsa, a city millions of miles away, a twelve-story building stood firm on the main streets.

The top floor was occupied by a seemingly ordinary old man but those who knew him knew not to call him 'ordinary'. He was anything but ordinary in the eyes of many. With white short hair and a beard, he looked old when he was just over forty.

His emerald green eyes sparkled through the glasses he wore and over his left eye was a vertical scar that ran from his forehead to his cheek.

Adorned in dark blue suits and sitting in this office-like room—which had a round desk, three chairs, and a large wardrobe—he inspected every corner with sharp gazes every few minutes.
