Gogo wasn't meant to see the actual wounds, and Corey mother threw up. Having seen the actual damage she had caused due to her codependency made her feel worse than a monster. The sores were almost painful to stare but gogo kept her eyes on them. Corey wasn't paying any attention to who was watching him, he was feeling vengeful glaring down at his mother like she had cursed him. In a way, she definitely cursed him. She was supposed to be his guardian, instead she chose to turn on him. If Larry had left her after a week, she likely would have married someone far worse.

His mother had really bad taste. And Corey always suffered for it.

"Corey, I'm sorry." She vomited again. He only glared, this was even half of his injuries. The scars he used to have around his back and chest had healed over the years, they were hardly visible. But his arms. They suffered refusing to even heal.
