The duel began with the two just circling each other and are clearly watching one another’s movements to predict on what is coming and to prepare something to counter an attack. This is Kendrick’s first ever serious duel that he is already somewhat of a master in swords. But this is also the duel he must win, and he can’t just let his guard down even for a second. Because the girl in front of him, was releasing aura that is more like from a beast that cannot be tamed by anyone or anything. A beast that chases its prey anywhere and will not stop. She is the predator among predators in this school. Everyone respects her because of her prowess; however, Kendrick has made a vow that he will be the first to defeat her. However, his first target is to at least scratch her, even if he will not be able to beat her. At lease he scratched her.
