CHAPTER ONE HUNDRED AND THIRTY ONE

Vanessa would never have believed that she would have stayed here up until the next morning getting tortured. She had initially thought she could have bargained her way around the entire situation only for everything to flop.

The guy behind her torture had demanded the night before that she produces her phone. Vanessa intentionally went mute in all hopes that he would try to strike a bargain.

"I asked you a question. Where is your phone?" He demanded this time, the stern tone should have served as a warning hint for her but she chose to overlook it.

Her ignorance was something she should have kept hidden from this point of discussion.

"I have no idea where it is." She said to him.

"You lie. You took a call with it." The voice of the man whom had been sitting beside her in the car alarmed her now.
