CHAPTER ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY THREE

The men had driven her away and Vanessa could begin to feel her skin crawl with so much fear. She could not believe that Kevin would go this far as to hurt her and get the pictures away from her. Clearly, she believed now that Mickey had been right all along and was right to suspect the other guy of engaging in foul play to acquire his wealth. She had not thought about that aspect properly but simply did not care as she plunged right back into his life, forcing her way inside.

Vanessa at this point was wishing on the fact that the time would go back and give her the opportunity needed to redeem herself. This time, she believed that she would do better and not showcase her greed and stupidity. She probably would not be making it out of here alive and wondered what means of death they had planned out for her.
