The guilt of what he had done and the fact that the hate had been spreading like a disease spread like wildfire all over him. Mickey had come to school pretty much late that day after his early run to try and escape the judgemental gaze from people. Mickey felt really angry and upset as he went against all the way across the school field to go sit behind a large tree.
